Interreligious Dialogue

Interreligious dialogue is a broad field both academic and practical.  It brings together religious practitioners from all faiths and none who seek to understand each other and work for greater peace and justice in the world.  Sometimes interreligious dialogue is formal, but often it is everyday negotiation of shared civic space as our societies become more religiously diverse and interconnected.  There are many organizations working to bring diverse religious communities together to work jointly on issues of common concern, and numerous religious traditions have developed resources to help their practitioners make sense of religious diversity.
